Each visit is logged with supervisor sign-off and accessible to you through our client portal by 7 AM the following morning. Missed tasks trigger an automatic credit and a root-cause note within 24 hours.

Lobby presentation, spill response, and conference room resets during business hours by a dedicated porter assigned to your location. Day porters are briefed on your schedule, event calendar, and guest expectations so they are proactive rather than reactive. VIP arrival preparation and post-event cleaning are covered under the same rate without surcharge.

Carpet extraction, hard-floor scrub-and-recoat, and high-dusting scheduled on a calendar aligned to your traffic patterns and manufacturer recommendations. We remind you two weeks before each periodic service and confirm timing before mobilising equipment — there are no surprise after-hours charges. Before-and-after condition photos are documented for each service.

New-site startup with key management, chemical inventory, staff assignment, and a first-month quality audit cadence established before day one. We walk the site with your facilities manager to agree on spec details that do not appear on a generic checklist — equipment rooms, sensitive surfaces, restricted areas. Go-live is confirmed only when the supervisor has completed the site orientation.
